When I got married in 2011, I was so determined to do my own makeup just to save the money and splurge it on something else. Why? Unless I have thousands of dollar to spend on professional makeup artists, otherwise, those artists hired by my relatives and friends have proven to me that I could pretty much do the same makeup by myself, if not better, probably I could mimic something similar anyway. Then why spending my own hard-earned money? After all, hiring makeup artists is not cheap! 

Even though I have always loved playing makeup and experienced, but when it was all about my own wedding, I was nervous. Many sleepless nights, I tried searching high and low for bridal makeup tips, but most blogs on the internet only focus on 'regular' makeup tips, or none of those information I found was exceptionally helpful. Just bits here and there, nothing comprehensive and organized.

Because of the pain I have gone through, and I believe many brides-to-be would want to do their own makeup, I have decided to compile my own 2 cents for those who would want to do your own makeup on your big days.
